My wife Beth and I had known Cindy Gonser through my work and socially for almost ten years since we moved from the east coast to California and Chino Hills. So when we decided to move within the city, it was a given that we contract with Cindy for the purchase and sale.

Another Realtor at Tarbell was trying to find a house for a client on the street we were moving from, and we were able to buy a home and sell our home within tile same day literally, (never having to leave Cindy's desk) except to look at the homes we preselected and show ours just to one buyer. That was one year ago.
